Submission requirements

It is advisable to write your paper from scratch in the template format.
If you write your paper in another template, and copy it into this template file, the formatting will be messed up.
All required format styles are included in the templates.

You only need to submit this form for the print-ready submission.
BUT please follow the instructions below even for the paper version to be reviewed.

Submit papers to IDIA2015 At

Author(s) surnames(s) and initials, comma separated
Paper title
General format
Abstract is included in the document
Abstract length is less than 300 words
For review: authors names and institutions have been removed
Paper length is between 4000 and 8000 words including all headings and references
No footnotes are used
The required template is used
Fontsize for text body is 12pt, or 10pt
Linespacing is single
No endnotes or footnotes are used
No numbering system is used for references
APA or Harvard is used consistently
Document file
File formats accepted
Open Office or Libre Office is used - ODF template 15Kb
RTF is used - RTF template 24Kb
MS Word is used - DOC template 17Kb
i.e. only Microsoft Word 97 / 2000 / XP / 2003 (.doc)
  Some browsers (not complying with common web standards) might give an error message when you try to access the templates.
Right Click and save the file to your local client.
File formats not accepted
*.docx format is not used
Use Save As... and select

*.PDF format is not used
Document filesize is less than 500KB
Spell check was done
Spelling convention is consistent
- either UK English or US English is acceptable, as long as conventions are consistently applied
Typographic consistency was checked.
  Note that some word processors mess up formatting - e.g. *.docx format inserts whitespace between closing parenthesis and period symbol.
Imported images, photos, graphs
Before importing images, photos, graphs. their dimensions were externally changed to maximum of 600 pixels horizontally and vertically
Image formats accepted:
*.PNG was used
*. JPG / *.JPEG was used
*.GIF was used
Image formats not accepted:
*.TIFF was not used
*.BMP was not used
I give consent that the paper may be published in the Conference Proceedings
I declare that I have funding to attend the conference


Papers are included in Proceedings only after full conference payment has been received.
This means if payments have not been received by the deadline date, the paper may be presented, but cannot be included in the Proceedings.
